Our Export Process
From your initial enquiry to delivery at your port — our export team handles every step of the process with transparency and efficiency. We have shipped to 50+ countries and understand the documentation and logistics requirements of every major market.
All our export packing uses heat-treated (HT) pallets compliant with ISPM-15 standards. We support all major international payment terms including Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT) and Open Account for verified buyers.
Initial Enquiry
Send us your requirements — tile size, finish, quantity and destination country. Our export team responds within 24 hours with product availability and pricing.
Sample & Approval
We dispatch physical samples for your review and approval. Digital catalogues and high-resolution product images are available immediately.
Order Confirmation
Confirm your order with our sales team. We issue a formal proforma invoice with all details — quantities, pricing, payment terms and lead time.
Production & Packing
Your order is manufactured and carefully packed to international shipping standards with ISPM-15 compliant wooden pallets.
Quality Inspection
Every batch undergoes final quality inspection before loading. Third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
Shipment & Documentation
We handle all export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading. Delivery on FOB / CIF / CFR terms.
Export FAQs
The standard MOQ for export orders is 1 full 20-foot container, which typically holds 18–22 pallets depending on the tile size. Mixed container orders with multiple sizes are also accommodated.
We provide all standard export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (COO), phytosanitary certificate for wood pallets, and bill of lading. Country-specific documents can be arranged on request.
We accept Letter of Credit (LC at sight or 30/60/90 days), Telegraphic Transfer (TT) with advance or deferred payment, and Open Account terms for established clients with verified credit history.
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits from serious buyers and importers. Our factory in Morbi, Gujarat is open Mon–Sat. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit.
